Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of social impact and sustainability programmes.
- Manage strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable community impact.
- Monitor and report on programme performance, outcomes, and impact.
- Drive employee volunteering and community engagement initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the organisation’s sustainability and social impact objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years’ experience in sustainability, social impact, ESG, CSR/CSI, or programme management.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and partnership-building skills.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
