Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and periodically review the Group’s Performance Management and Reward Framework to support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of the Group’s performance management cycle, partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive effective performance reviews, calibration, reporting, and performance-informed reward and talent decisions.
- Manage the implementation and administration of the Group’s compensation and reward programmes, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and employee recognition initiatives, to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Provide performance and reward analytics, dashboards, and management reports to support workforce planning and informed decision-making by Executive Management.
- Develop, review, and monitor performance and reward policies, procedures, and governance standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Drive continuous improvement of performance and reward processes through technology, process optimization, and the adoption of leading practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant HR experience with at least 3 years in Performance & Reward or Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience within financial services or a regulated industry is preferred.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or any other relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
