Mrs Olufemi has 2 decades of experience cutting across various areas of Finance & Strategy from multinational organisations.
She commenced her professional career with the UK Home Office before joining Lehman Brothers Investment Bank Europe in 2006 working as the Emerging Markets Finance Manager for Fixed Income. She later joined Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank in 2011 where she worked as the Senior Finance Business Partner covering the Barclays Corporate business across Western Europe.
She subsequently worked as the Regional Chief Financial Officer for West Africa at Old Mutual from 2014 – 2017 as the business expanded. She was the Global Head of Financial Planning, Analysis and Control at AXA XL, before joining Access Holdings Plc as the Group Chief Financial Officer in Q2’ 2022.
Mrs Olufemi graduated with a Second-Class Upper Bachelors’ Degree in Economics & Accounting from CASS Business School London. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005 and obtained an MBA from Durham Business School UK.
She’s currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on Leadership. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered & Certified Accountants (FCCA), an alumnus of University of Oxford Said Business School UK & The Centre for Creative Leadership Switzerland, where she has completed various Executive Management
Programmes in Leadership.
