COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF MAJORITY EQUITY STAKE IN ANGOLAN-BASED FINIBANCO S.A BY OUR BANKING SUBSIDIARY
This is to notify the investing public and the Nigerian Exchange Limited that the Board of Directors of Access Holdings Pic (‘Access Holdings’) met on Thursday, July 27, 2023 and considered and approved the Group’s 2023 Half Year Audited Results (the Results’) and the payment of an interim dividend subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The announcement of the Results shall be made upon Access Holdings’ receipt of Central Bank of Nigeria’s approval.
In line with The Exchange’s Rules, Access Holdings will remain in a Closed Period until twenty-four (24) hours after the Result is released to the public.
Accordingly, no director, employee, persons discharging managerial responsibility, adviser of Access Holdings and their connected persons may directly or indirectly, deal in the securities of Access Holdings in any manner during the Closed Period.
