RE: DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE GROUP’S AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2022
We refer to the notice by Access Holdings Pic (‘the Company’) on the above subject dated March 1, 2023 notifying the Nigerian Exchange Ltd (‘the NGX’) and the investing public that the publication of the Company’s Audited Financial Statements (‘AFS’) for the year ended December 31, 2022 could be delayed up till March 31, 2023.
We hereby further inform the market that the Company is currently processing the requisite approvals of the AFS which may be beyond March 31, 2023. Consequently, we assure the market that the AFS would be released to the market immediately upon receipt of relevant approvals.
The Company’s insiders are further reminded that the earlier declared closed period in respect of transactions on its securities remains in place until the release of the AFS and the Company’s Q1, 2023 Unaudited Financial Statements.
