Delay in Publication of Audited Interim Financial Statements for the Half Year Ended June 30, 2020

Access Bank PLC (the Bank) wishes to notify the investing public and the Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange) that the Bank’s primary regulator, the Central Bank of Nigeria, is still reviewing the Bank’s Audited Interim Financial Statement which was submitted to it following the approval of the Bank’s Board of Directors.
